Aquest mes de maig arriba a les llibreries ‘Comunes reproductivos. Cercamientos y descercamientos contemporáneos en los cuidados y la agroecología’, editat per Sandra Ezquerra, Marina Di Masso Tarditti i Marta G. Rivera-Ferre i publicat per Los Libros de la Catarata. El volum és fruit d’un treball col·lectiu construït amb les contribucions de diverses autores de l’Estat espanyol, Llatinoamèrica i els Estats Units a una reflexió coral sobre el cercament històric i actual dels comuns i la seva contestació a través de formes contemporànies de descercament i generació de comuns reproductius. En particular, el llibre és una contribució a les recents anàlisis dels comuns que discuteixen sobre la necessitat d’abordar-ne l’estudi des d’enfocaments, perspectives, teories i metodologies feministes que permetin visibilitzar-ne la dimensió reproductiva. Com a activitats fonamentals per a la reproducció social, el llibre se centra en l’anàlisi de la cura de les persones i la producció d’aliments.

El llibre recull les aportacions que les autores van compartir durant el Seminari sobre Comuns Reproductius que es va celebrar a Barcelona el juny del 2021, organitzat pel grup de recerca en Societats, Polítiques i Comunitats Inclusives de la UVic-UCC, la Càtedra d’Agroecologia i Sistemes Alimentaris i la Càtedra UNESCO Dones, Desenvolupament i Cultures.[:en]This month reaches the bookstores ‘Comunes reproductivos. Cercamientos y descercamientos contemporáneos en los cuidados y la agroecología’, edited by Sandra Ezquerra, Marina Di Masso Tarditti and Marta G. Rivera-Ferre and published by Los Libros de la Catarata. The volume is the result of a collective work built upon the contributions of several authors from Spain, Latin America and the United States and a choral reflection on the historical and current enclosures of the commons and a number of political responses through contemporary forms of un-enclosures and the production of reproductive commons. In particular, the book is a contribution to recent analyses of the commons that discuss the need to approach their study from feminist approaches, perspectives, theories and methodologies in order to shed light on their reproductive dimension. The book focuses on the analysis of people’s care and food production, since they are fundamental activities for social reproduction.

The book includes the contributions that the authors shared during the Seminar on Reproductive Commons held in Barcelona in June 2021, organized by the research group on Societies, Policies and Inclusive Communities of the UVic-UCC.[:]
