The fifth IWHE introduced new activities such as Research Days, which were forums for discussion of research carried out at UVic-UCC, with a view to establishing partnerships and proposing joint research projects with national and international organisations and enhancing the international dimension of research carried out at our university. This IWHE had also included training workshops on international educational projects.
The IWHE was of interest to researchers, doctoral students, university teachers in general and leaders of enterprises and public service organisations.
The International Workshop on Higher Education had been sponsored by the “la Caixa” Foundation since its launch in 2011.
