For Incoming students:

[su_spoiler title=”How can I apply for a mobility study period at UVic-UCC?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]Students currently studying in partnered universities may apply for one of the many exchange programmes available: Erasmus+, International Exchange (outside of Europe), SICUE (Spanish universities), etc, directly with the International Office of their higher education institution.[/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”How do I know if my university has a partnership with UVic-UCC?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]All of our partnered institutions can be found here. For specific partners with U Science Tech, refer to this map.[/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”My university does not have a partnership with UVic-UCC. Can I create one between both institutes?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]Creating a partnership from scratch is a complicated and lengthy process. However, it can be done if both institutions have an interest in doing so. Once the agreement is signed, students may only start their mobility the following academic year. Make sure to speak with the International Office at your institution for more detailed information.[/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Which courses can I study at UVic-UCC?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]All courses/subjects available in English taught throughout the University can be found here. Subjects taught at U Science Tech can also be found in our Incoming Students section.[/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Can I do an internship instead?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]Positions for internships in different departments open throughout the year. These offers are posted on the Interns Programme page and sent out via email to partnered institutions, and can also be included in the many exchange programmes such as Erasmus+. For further information on the interns programme, please contact career.services@uvic.cat.[/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Are there any language requirements?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]UVic-UCC does not require any language skill proof to accept incoming students. It is, however, advisable to have a good English level (B1 or better), as this is the language expected to be spoken by incoming international students in both studies and internships. A good level in any of the locally spoken languages (Spanish or Catalan) may also be an advantage.[/su_spoiler]

For Outgoing students:

[su_spoiler title=”What are my possibilities of obtaining a scholarship/grant?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]Highly likely. Usually, every student gets a scholarship. Students may apply for more than one, depending on the mobility programme. The values vary between different scholarships. Find more detailed information at Beques i ajuts a la mobilitat internacional. [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Are there any other scholarships available, other than Erasmus+ ?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]Yes. A list of all the scholarships available can be found at Beques i ajuts a la mobilitat internacional.[/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”If I am not accepted at my chosen university, what can I do?” style=”fancy” icon=”chevron”]Contact the persons responsible for international mobility at your faculty immediately in order to change destination as soon as possible to restart the procedure at the receiving university.
