From February to July some different short and intensive courses about bioinformatics and omics data analysis will take place in Espai UVic in Barcelona.
The aim of these courses are so different and includes programming and database management skills; knowledge of methods and tools for sequence analysis and sequence alignment in the context of comparative genomics and functional genomics; knowledge of methodologies for the analysis of the genetic component of complex diseases; or an introduction on the most important statistical and data mining methods for bioinformatics and omics data analysis.
The length of these courses is above 25 hours, they are face-to-face activities and can take place individually.
