Carla Boix, a former student of the Degree in Business Administration and Management and current student of the Degree in Industrial Organisation Engineering at the UVic, has entered in the ALSTOM Talent Energy Program, an internship program for university students to give them an advantage in the job market. This program has been launched by Alstom Transport and Universia.
The selection was about the best 15% academic files of Spanish engineering students with high knowledge of languages.
2600 candidates applied to the program and only 29 Spanish students passed. Carla Boix was one of them and she entered in the projects department of the company at Sta Perpetua de la Mogoda, where she is responsible for cost accounting.

The program includes an intership contract and she will be receiving a training and guidance program, which will increase the chances of an employment contract in the company.
