[:ca]Christel Keller va presentar la comunicació titulada “Comunidades que empoderan. Desmontando las jeraquías en el cuidado desde la comunidad” al VIII Congrés d’Economia Feminista. Va exposar sobre la necessitat d’eixamplar la mirada sobre les estructures de poder que operen a les relacions de cura generant desigualtats sobre diferents subjectes. A partir d’acceptar que les persones cuidades també són vulnerabilitzades per l’hegemonia cultural capitalista, va apuntar com els projectes comunitaris poden facilitar el seu empoderament.[:en]Christel Keller presented the paper entitled “Empowering Communities. Dismantling the hierarchies in care from the community” at the VIII Congress of Feminist Economics. She spoke about the need to broaden the view on the power structures that operate in care relationships generating inequalities on different subjects. Based on the acceptance that caregivers are also made vulnerable by the capitalist cultural hegemony, she pointed out how community projects can facilitate their empowerment.[:]
