Marta Casals, a Ph.D. candidate who develops her doctoral thesis under the supervision of Ph.D. Elisabet Sarri and Ph.D. Marta Ferrer participated in the contest “Your Thesis in 4 minutes” with a presentation titled “Effectiveness and adherence to the educational program in patients with complex wounds in lower extremities“.

The 5th edition of the “Your thesis in 4 minutes” competition was developed at the UVIC-UCC last Friday May 13th. The Doctoral School and the Scientific Dissemination Unit of the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia this contest in collaboration with the Interuniversity Council of Catalonia (CIC).This contest made for doctoral students to briefly explain to the public the development of their research, with comprehensible, accessible, and understandable language, and using only their oral communication skills.

The event also aims to instill in doctoral students the importance of disseminating science and disseminating scientific culture.
