On the last issue of the prestigious journal Nature Methods, we report on a new methodology based on DNA origami platforms to quantify protein-copy numbersin super-resolution microscopy.
The paper is the result of a collaboration involving several outstanding scientists such as Prof. Melike Lakadamyali (University of Pennsylvania), Dr. Francesca Cella Zanacchi (Italian Institute of Technology) , Prof. Maria Garcia-Parajo (ICFO) and Prof. Nathan Derr (Smith College).
