smARTS project actions and development can be now followed on the new Mecamat research group Twitter account @UMecamat. First smARTS related tweets were released at the end of March in occasion of the participation of the research group at the Espai Ciencia of the Saló de l’Ensenyament 2017 in Barcelona. The opening of the Twitter account is part of the renovated communication strategy of the research group, and it enhance the international visibility of the smARTS project on social media. A twofold aim is expected: share smARTS advances with the research and makers communities; address audiences that can go beyond the scientific scope of the project, including the media and the public.
