
He’s a student of Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Vic (UVic-UCC). He’s part of the Grup d’Iniciació Científica (Science Initiative Group) since 2025.
He is willing to gain experience and knowledge in both theoretical and practical research. He is enthusiastic about ending up as a university professor and a researcher.
He is currently collaborating with Dr. Anna Vila within the project STOP MALBARATAMENT, whose aim is to decrease and stop the wasting of food in the context of schools and lunchrooms.
He is interested in research lines related to nutrition and health sciences in general, and also in philosophy of science and other pure sciences, like physics. For instance, ethics, morality, the philosophy behind health sciences, as well as physical and chemical ways to study nutritional aspects.
