This project has awarded the help of the College of Physiotherapists of Catalonia in 2020, for the “design and validation protocol of graded motor imagery in phantom limb pain in the amputated patient: Delphi study.”
This project is part of the doctoral thesis of professor Sandra Rierola-Fochs. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the effects of graded motor imagery on phantom limb pain in the amputated patient. Due to this fact, one of the main objectives has been the design through a systematic review and validation of the designed protocol, through the Delphi methodology by a group of experts, in order to be able to see the effects of the intervention. Other researchers in the group involved are: Eduard Minobes-Molina, José Antonio Merchán-Baeza and Luz Adriana Varela-Vasquez.
