With regards to the project results, the Happy Power (HaPo) project is focused on three main outcomes upon its completion:

– An open-access learning platform (Learning Hub). It serves as a shared digital space for trainers and students that channels participant interaction and showcases the main results of the project. This platform contains interactive modules and a community forum where educators, experts, and trainers can access support, generate accessible research, and share good practices in the field of Positive Thinking.

– A learning support App. A gamified technological tool designed to motivate university students on a regular basis and support their training. The App includes self-assessment tests, practical activities, and motivational messages to help students cultivate character strengths, build resilience, and track their personal growth.
– Interactive Modules and Guidelines for lecturers and for students. A train-the-trainer educational model equipped with an interactive guide that provides essential pedagogical principles, classroom planning, visual aids, and practical tips to help teachers effectively deliver the positive psychology program.
