2020-2024

Goals
The main goals of the project are:

A) To do an international cooperation and learning project between two Universities that have a Business School and interest in the same field: international and sports marketing.

B) To promote international experiences for students that will allow them to understand better the labor market in the future.

C) To improve team-working skills in order to teach students better practices if they have to work in international environments.

D) To improve research academic collaborations between lecturers of both Universities.

Activities
The COIL project consists in planning the organization of a supposed sport conference. With international groups, students will have to imagine that they work in the organizing committee of the event and will have to prepare the launching of it: objectives, speakers, stakeholders map, sponsors, communication plan and venue. The assessment of the students will be based on how the group organizes, how they make decisions, how they choose the best options for speakers and sponsors and how they plan the communication with the stakeholders, how groups organize the communication between them (digital tools selection) and how they organize the pitching in front of the audience.

Lecturers will guide them during one month using 4 synchronic sessions (COIL icebreaker, Gantt Chart, objectives and communication plan). In each synchronic session lecturers give homework to the students to be presented the next session.
