On May 12th, the sixth edition of “Present Your Thesis in 4 Minutes” took place at the Torres dels Frares Campus of the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia. Verónica Salgado, a doctoral student from the Mechanism for Tissue Repair and Regeneration research line, participated with her presentation titled “Do humans have different capacities to heal skin wounds based on their blood characteristics?”

She was the winner of the competition as the best communicator and will represent UVIC-UCC in the Catalan final, which will be held on June 22nd at CaixaFòrum in Lleida.
