It has opened a call for finding candidates for applying for financial aid aimed at graduates’ who want to study for a doctorate. Candidates will be hired as research personnel and incorporate at the TR2Lab to develop a research project.
Requirements for candidates:
• The candidate must have a degree in Biomedicine, biology, or similar, and have completed 60 credits of a Master’s degree.
• Be able to access doctoral studies at the time of submitting the application.
• The candidate’s Graduate Degree and Master Degree mean score must be 8.0 or superior.

The Industrial Doctorates is a grants program for contributing to the competitiveness and internationalization of Catalan industry, strengthen the tools for recruiting the talent generated in the country and place future PhD holders in the right place to carry out R&D&I projects in a company. This grant program is funded by Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government).
We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated PhD student with a master on wound healing and a nurse degree, for developing a research project about the incidence of lesions related to dependence. If the applicant is awarded, we offer a predoctoral stage in an excellent clinical environment to develop his/her scientific skills. The project will be developed in the clinical wound unit of the Fundació Hospital de la Santa Creu de Vic in collaboration with the TR2Lab.

We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated PhD student with a master on Biomedicine, Biology or similar finished before the end of 2018, to study the action of light-regulated drugs in cell preparations, primary cultures and zebrafish, as animal model.
If the applicant is awarded, we offer a predoctoral stage in an excellent lab to develop his/her scientific skills. In the Molecular Photopharmacology research group within the TR2Lab, the candidate will have the opportunity to carry out stimulating research in a high-quality and interdisciplinary environment composed of pharmacologists, physiologists, clinicians and chemists. The project will be developed in close collaboration with groups from many different national and international institutions and a co-tutoring program is possible with researchers from the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and Institut d’Investigació Biomèdica (IdibGi). We also encourage predoctoral students to perform research stays in leading international research groups in the emerging field of photopharmacology, to improve the quality of their formation and provide the applicant with unique opportunities to develop a strong research career development.
The group is led by Dr. Xavier Rovira.
