nutrient cycles for a sustainable future, from R&amp;D to implementation \u2013\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/phosphorusplatform.eu\/activities\/conference\/nerm\">Nutrients in Europe Research Meeting (NERM2024)<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"without-class\">\n<li><strong>When<\/strong>:16 \u2013 17 April 2024<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where<\/strong>: Brussels and online<\/li>\n<li>There will be also:\n<ul class=\"without-class\">\n<li>A students meeting on 15 April 2024.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Site visits<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0<strong>Fertimanure<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Walnut<\/strong>\u00a0nutrient recovery facilities on 17 April 2024 during the afternoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NERM<\/strong>\u00a0is organised by\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phosphorusplatform.eu\/\">ESPP<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0the Horizon 2020 projects\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertimanure.eu\/en\/\">FERTIMANURE<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lex4bio.eu\/\">Lex4bio<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rusticaproject.eu\/fr\/home-francais\/\">Rustica<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sea2landproject.eu\/\">SEA2LAND<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/walnutproject.eu\/\">WalNUT<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.biorefine.eu\/\">Biorefine Cluster Europe<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NERM<\/strong>\u00a0will cover:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"without-class\">\n<li>key outcomes of recent nutrient recycling R&amp;D under Horizon 2020, LIFE, Interreg and other funding programmes<\/li>\n<li>roadmap for future nutrient recycling R&amp;D needs<\/li>\n<li>nutrient recovery technologies and recycled fertiliser production<\/li>\n<li>quality, application and use, stakeholder acceptance of secondary fertilisers from nutrient recovery to market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are studying any of these topics you are welcome.<\/p>\n<p>FERTIMANURE will be participating in the following activities (you can download the preliminary programme below):<\/p>\n<ul class=\"without-class\">\n<li>The 3 parallel sessions related to\u00a0<strong>nutrient recovery technologies, recycled fertiliser production<\/strong>\u00a0on 16 April 2024.<\/li>\n<li>The 3 parallel session related to\u00a0<strong>quality assessment of secondary fertilisers, application, sustainability assessment, stakeholder and farmer acceptance, market uptake and business models<\/strong>\u00a0on 16 April 2024.<\/li>\n<li>The parallel session reports \u2013\u00a0<strong>panel discussion with industry, experts, stakeholders<\/strong>\u00a0on 17 April 2024.<\/li>\n<li>The final panel with RUR-08 project coordinators \u2013\u00a0<strong>nutrient recovery and recycled fertiliser R&amp;D needs and roadmap<\/strong>\u00a0on 17 April 2024.<\/li>\n<li>The site visit to the FERTIMANURE\u00a0<strong>on-farm stripping-scrubbing unit<\/strong>\u00a0to recover ammonium salts from pig slurry in\u00a0<strong>Ghent, Belgium<\/strong>\u00a0(there will be buses that will take you from Brussels to the pilot and back) on 17 April 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
