{"id":1198,"date":"2021-02-26T17:58:17","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T15:58:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mon.uvic.cat\/nitrecerca\/?p=1198"},"modified":"2021-03-03T18:01:20","modified_gmt":"2021-03-03T16:01:20","slug":"el-projecte-europeu-transvisibles-celebra-lacte-de-cloenda-del-projecte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mon.uvic.cat\/nitrecerca\/2021\/02\/26\/el-projecte-europeu-transvisibles-celebra-lacte-de-cloenda-del-projecte\/","title":{"rendered":"El projecte europeu &#8220;TransVisibles&#8221; celebra l\u2019acte de cloenda del projecte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/transvisible.org\/the-project\/\">projecte europeu TransVisibles<\/a>,\u00a0cofinan\u00e7at per la Comissi\u00f3 Europea en el marc del programa Erasmus+, ha finalitzat despr\u00e9s de m\u00e9s de 2 anys i ha celebrat quatre actes de cloenda del projecte a Catalunya (Espanya), Irlanda, Hongria i Alemanya, respectivament.\u00a0En els actes de cloenda hi van participar professionals de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 laboral, estudiants, professionals de recursos humans, activistes feministes LGTBI, aix\u00ed com petites empreses, empreses emergents i representants d\u2019empreses governamentals.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu final del projecte era fomentar l\u2019empoderament econ\u00f2mic de les dones trans i millorar les seves oportunitats d\u2019acc\u00e9s i perman\u00e8ncia al mercat laboral formal.<\/p>\n<p>Els principals resultats del projecte que es van presentar durant els actes de cloenda s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mon.uvic.cat\/ceig\/ca\/el-projecte-europeu-transvisibles-crea-una-guia-per-afavorir-la-inclusio-laboral-de-les-dones-trans\/\">La Guia europea TransVisibles<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recurs pr\u00e0ctic per a professionals, c\u00e0rrecs pol\u00edtics i activistes dels pa\u00efsos europeus. Les dones trans s\u2019enfronten a diversos obstacles a l\u2019hora d\u2019accedir al mercat laboral, especialment aquelles que s\u00f3n visiblement trans i les que exerceixen el treball sexual. La guia aborda aquesta situaci\u00f3 i promou recursos per a millorar la inclusi\u00f3 d\u2019aquest col\u00b7lectiu al mercat laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Reuneix el coneixement i l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de totes les organitzacions associades. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que cada cap\u00edtol est\u00e0 escrit per una organitzaci\u00f3 diferent.
