En el cas d&#8217;errors en les associacions entre prote\u00efnes, com per exemple interaccions desregulades, poden provocar malalties. Un cas particular \u00e9s el c\u00e0ncer que sol estar relacionat amb la desregulaci\u00f3 de les vies de senyalitzaci\u00f3 responsables del creixement i diferenciaci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular. Aquest projecte t\u00e9 com a objectius dos aspectes diferenciats. En primer lloc, busquem el desenvolupament d&#8217;un m\u00e8tode computacional per al modelatge estructural i disseny de p\u00e8ptids inhibidors d&#8217;interaccions entre prote\u00efnes. En segon lloc, busquem l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest m\u00e8tode a dos complexos proteics que han estat relacionats amb el creixement desregulat de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules: els complexos formats per la fam\u00edlia *RAS i el complex *TWEAK-*Fn14. Mitjan\u00e7ant el disseny de p\u00e8ptids inhibidors plantegem regular les interaccions mediades per *RAS i impedir la interacci\u00f3 entre la citocina *TWEAK i el receptor de membrana *Fn14.
