She is professor at the Faculty of Health Science and Welfare of the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia since 1987, and member of Research Group on Methodology, Methods, Models and Outcomes of Health and Social Sciences (M3O). She is also member of  the Simulation Nursing Research Group in Catalonia and Andorra (GRISCA).
