Jordi Ortiz Gil is a Neuropsychologist specializing in Outreach and Inclusive Transformation within the Social Area of the Pasqual Maragall Foundation. He is a neuropsychologist accredited by the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia and the General Council of Official Colleges of Psychologists of Spain, with over 20 years of experience in clinical neuropsychology of adults, primarily in the public sector (Granollers General Hospital from 2009 to 2023).

He currently teaches in the Master’s Program in General Health Psychology at UVic-UCC and has extensive undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience. He holds a PhD from the University of Barcelona and is the co-author of more than 40 indexed scientific articles, mainly focused on the neuroscience of severe mental disorders and dementias. He is a researcher in the Clinical and Health Psychology, Cognition, Wellbeing and Spirituality (M3O) line and a collaborator of the FIDMAG group (Germanes Hospitalàries), with a special interest in neuropsychological assessment, as well as in the neuroscience of Alzheimer’s disease and schizophrenia and other severe mental disorders.
