He is a PhD candidate for the Doctorate Program at the department of Experimental Sciences and Technologies for the development of meat alternative vegetable products at Zyrcular Foods and the University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia.
Gil holds a bachelor’s in Food Technology (UAB, 2018), a Specialization in Nutrition, Sport, and Health (UOC,2020), and a master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Ingredient Functionality (WUR, 2021).
He is an associate professor teaching bachelor’s classes at the Faculty of Health and Wellbeing Sciences (UVIC-UCC).
