She works as a Professor of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing in the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia. Lecturer in the subjects as Food Education, Community Nutrition and Qualitative Methodology.
Doctor in Psychology in 2012. Master in Health Promotion, and Dietetics and Human Degree.
She is part of the Research Group on Methodology, Methods, Models and Outcomes of Health and Social Sciences (M3O) and she worked as a nutritionist in the public and private health system during a long period.
Her research areas are: Malnutrition in complex chronic patients. Design and evaluation of food education and health promotion. Studies on food and wellbeing. Qualitative methods.
