She is an associate professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Welfare, at UVic – UCC. She teaches the theoretical bases and methodology in nursing since the academic year 1987-88. She holds a Master in Active, Satisfactory Ageing: Basics for Prevention and Integrated Care (UVic – UCC, 2011) and a diploma in Nursing from the University Nursing School of Osona (1986).
She is currently a PhD candidate on Comprehensive care and health services in UVic – UCC. Her research focus on the history of nursing care.
