Professor at the Faculty of Health Science and Welfare of the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia and member of the research group on Methodology, Methods, Models and Outcomes of Health and Social Sciences (M3O) since 2021.

She graduated in Business Administration from the University of Girona (2003), later she graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (2006) from the Rovira and Virgili University and obtained a master’s degree in Nutrition and Metabolism (2009) at the same university. She completed her international PhD from the Rovira and Virgili University while part of the Nutrition and Mental Health Research Group (NUTRISAM).

Her research areas are: Iron levels during pregnancy, food, wellbeing and health promotion.
