Graduated in Nursing from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, she has over 25 years of experience as a clinical nurse. In recent years, she has taken on management responsibilities and currently holds the position of Head of the Hospitalization Area at Vic University Hospital. She holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice from the Universitat de Barcelona and a second Master’s degree in Research, Innovation, and Health Transfer from the Universitat de Lleida. She also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Development at the Universitat de Vic in 2026. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Comprehensive Care and Health Services program at the University of Vic. Her research focuses on intergenerational aspects and the varying levels of expertise among nursing professionals today. In the field of research, she has actively participated in data collection for a doctoral thesis and clinical studies and has presented scientific posters at specialized conferences.
