Graduated in Nursing from the Univeristat Autònoma de Barcelona, she has over 20 years of experience as a clinical nurse. In recent years, she has taken on management responsibilities as Head of Nursing Care in the Medical Units at Vic University Hospital. She holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice from the Universitat de Barcelona and a second Master’s degree in Research, Innovation, and Health Transfer from the Universitat de Lleida. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Comprehensive Care and Health Services program at the University of Vic. Her research focuses on intergenerational aspects and the varying levels of expertise among nursing professionals today. In the field of research, she has actively participated in data collection for a doctoral thesis and has presented two scientific posters at specialized conferences.
