She is a Registered Nurse, MNS, working in the Immediate Care Area at the Hospital Universitari de Vic (Consorci Hospitalari de Vic) since 2015. She is an Associate Professor in the Nursing Degree at Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya (UVic-UCC) and a Clinical Simulation Facilitator at CISARC (International Centre for Simulation and High Clinical Performance, UVic-UCC, Manresa Campus), where she designs and delivers simulations for Nursing and Medicine students, including interdisciplinary scenarios.

She holds a Nursing Degree (UVic, 2015), a Master in Critical Care and Emergencies (Universitat de Barcelona, 2019) and an Official Master in Simulation Methodology Applied to Health and Social Sciences Education (UVic-UCC, 2022). She is currently a PhD student in the Comprehensive Care and Health Services programme at UVic-UCC and a collaborator of the M3O Research Group. Her interests are clinical simulation, patient safety and health sciences research
