This project has been awarded with the IX Scholarship for a Research project of the Catalan-Balearic Society of Physiotherapy (Societat Catalano-Balear de Fisioteràpia), for the “Application of a dual-task exercise program through a study of intervention  which will assess its effectiveness in improving balance and gait speed ”.

This project is part of the doctoral thesis of the M3O researcher Luz  Adriana Varela-Vasquez. Her entire study aimed to carry out a bibliographic review, identifying commonly used dual-task exercises, and to generate a program with which they have shown evidence, logging it progressively in difficulty, taking into account theories of motor learning, and then go through an expert validation process (Delphi Method) to obtain the final program. Other researchers of the group involved are: Javier Jerez, Eduard Minobes, and Sandra Rierola.
