  • Participating entity: Laboratori d’Innovació Social i Digital (LISD) of UVic-UCC; Osona Lab City (Vic City Lab), workshop trainer (Adrià Aparicio) and VicJove.
  • Description: The podcast workshop was a hands-on training for young people, where they learned how to create and produce their own content. Participants explored all aspects of the process, from script creation to audio recording and editing, with the aim of improving their skills. communicative and creative skills. The objective of this workshop is that the users who participate acquire, on the one hand, the technical skills to carry out a podcast and become autonomous in the realization of future programs; and on the other hand, acquire a means of communication and a space for individual and/or collective expression. The pilot test started with young people from VicJove, but the aim is to work with different groups and adapt it to their needs. It was carried out in the facilities of the Lab Ausa of the Pilarin Bayés Library.
  • Course: Podcast creation workshop (April – July 2023)
  • Participants: Young people from the city of Vic (linked to Vic Jove).
  • Objectives:
  1. To foster the communication skills of young people.
  2. Stimulate their creativity through content production.
  3. Learn the complete process of podcast creation (scripting, recording, editing).
  4. To promote teamwork and cooperation among participants.
  5. To introduce young people to the world of digital media and audiovisual production.
  • Reflections: The participants and the different agents value the experience positively as an opportunity to develop new communication skills and learn about the world of digital media and content production. Subsequently, the Comunitaria was created, a community podcast project where young people were able to express themselves in events such as the Feria de Entidades. This event was a great opportunity for participants to connect with other organizations and make their ideas visible. The Ona Jove project was also promoted, which offers young people the possibility of creating their own content, fostering their communicative and creative capacity through the production of podcasts on topics of interest to young people.
