Aims and objectives

Expected results

  • To increase the interest of young women and girls in male-dominated professions.
  • To spread and promote the certainty that professions are gender neutral.
  • Create a method to ensure safe spaces for working with young women and girls. Ensure that they feel comfortable and safe and are not afraid to break gender stereotypes and roles.
  • To create a universal tool, an urban game that can be adapted to the needs and specificities of different European countries.
