“Join the Game” is an international project funded by the Erasmus + programme and coordinated by Fundacja Laboratorium Zmiany. It involves organisations and universities from four countries: Belgium, Croatia, Poland and Spain, and aims to create a tool to normalise the inclusion of women in traditionally male-dominated professions.

The target group of the project is young women and girls who are empowered to try to reverse the gender roles that underlie the different attitudes between the professions chosen by men and women. The aim is to make young women and girls aware of examples of success in male-dominated fields such as sport or science. It also wants to make visible examples that help to break down gender stereotypes.

The main outcome of the project is an urban game that can be easily adapted to different contexts. On this website you will have access to the instructions, materials and resources necessary for the development of the game. In addition to the instructions and tasks for running the session, the materials include a checklist to ensure the safety of the play area.
