IInterHEd, Intersectionality in Higher Education is an Erasmus+ project (2023-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000160620) that aims to address the challenges related to inclusion and diversity in higher education institutions starting from an intersectional approach. Intersectionality is a theoretical and conceptual proposal that involves a new approach to inequalities. It refers to the understanding of how multiple axes of inequality (such as gender, sexual orientation, functional diversity, ethnicity, etc.) interact, generating unique experiences of discrimination and exclusion in a given context.
