Ulla-Maija Törmälä, Senior Lecturer, MSc, Occupational Therapist (reg.), Psychotherapist. Ulla-Maija has been working as a lecturer for almost 30 years and has been working for international teaching and learning development work since 1996. She is focused especially on developing innovations for learning by doing and has been rewarded for the development work done both nationally and internationally. She is also studying to become a work supervisor.
