I am 21 years old and I am student of fourth year in degree in Mechatronics Engineering at University of Vic. When I was 12 years old I started to get interested in the engineering field, specifically in everything that involves robotics. I joined the First Teach Challenge (FTC) team created in the university because I’m still interested in robotics. Moreover, I think that is a good chance to learn interesting things and to improve my skills

I’m 22 years old and I’m studying my 4th year on the degree of Mechatronics Engineering at University of Vic. I started technological bachelor because I was interested in the world of engineering, and when the university offered me the opportunity to join the FTC team that seemed like a great opportunity to learn new knowledge, and for this reason I didn’t doubt to participated.

I’m 20 years old and I’m sudying mechatronics engineering at Universitat de Vic. When I was 15 years old I decided I wanted to study engineering and at the age of 17 I begun to look for a competition. When the university offered us the chance to participate in FTC I did not hesitate to sign me up, learn and apply my knowledge.

I am 20 years old and currently I am studying my third year in the degree on Mechatronics Engineering at University of Vic. I always have been interested with technology and engineering. When the university offered me to join the FTC team last year, I thought that it was a really good opportunity to acquire new practical knowledge in the robotics field. After the good experience of the last season I’m really enjoyed to start working on the new challenge.

I am 21 years old and I am a student at University of Vic. I am studding a degree in Mechatronics Engineering. I have been attracted for technology since I was young, and this is the reason why I have chosen a degree in engineering. I have heard before about First Lego League (FLL), but I wasn’t young enough to participate. It was my second season in the team. I think this is a really good opportunity to improve some of my skills.

I am 20 years old and currently I am studying my third year on the degree of Mechatronics Engineering at University of Vic. Since I was young and I discovered the engineering, I thought that this is what I wanted to study. Particularly, I always have been interested in how technology and robotics could improve our daily life and could help unfortunate people. I joined the FTC team at University of Vic for those reasons. I think that this team could be a really good opportunity to learn more about robotics.

My name is Marina Escalera. I am studying the third course in Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Vic This is my second year in the competition FTC. I like everything about com mechanics and electronics, but in the group I work more on the mechanical side. I think this competition is very appropriate for students why we can show our potential and our abilities. I would do a good job this year and to qualify for World competition.

I’m 19 years old and this is my second year studding mecathronics at UVic. Since I was young I’ve always liked technology, robots and how they were built. Before university I studied a cientific and technologic baccalaureate because I wanted to study mecathronics. Once here I had the oportunity to take part of this team of the FTC, so I applied for a place and finaly I succeeded, and I’m very happy to be here to improve my skills in engeneering and also for the challenge. Moreover I’d like to thank the University to give me this oportunity.

I’m 20 years old and I’m studying 4th of Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Vic. When I was young I wanted to be an inventor, I was always thinking what I could made new and repairing different electronic devices. I started the Technologic Bachelor’s degree at the IES Can Peu Blanc in Sa Pobla (Palma de Mallorca) and when I listened about a new career at the University of Vic called “Mecatrònica” I didn’t think it twice to study it.

When I was accepted to join to the team “Garrins Metàl·lics” I found an opportunity to improve my engineer skills and face a challenge like the FTC. I wish we will win this year and go to EEUU or do our best at least.

My name is Daniel Mateo and I am 18 years old. Currently I am in the first course of universtiy, in Escola Enginyers de Terrassa (UPC). Since I was a child, I have been interested in mechanics and robotics. When I was 13 years old, I participated in FLL, where I won two Spanish championships and participated in the world final in Sant Louis with the team “The Santperencs”. I cannot participate any more at FLL because now I am too old, and I had to go a level up to FTC, where I am looking forward to learn new skills and have new experiences with 10 teammates more.
