Do I have to pay the conference fee when booking or can I pay later?
If you are paying by credit card, the payment should be made online when booking.
If you are paying by a bank transfer, the payment can be done afterwards.
Will I get a refund if I have to cancel my booking?
Registration cancellations received before 31st March 2019 will be refunded. After that date, no refund of the registration fee will be made.
I need an invitation to the conference, how can I get one?
The Technical Secretariat can send you a letter of invitation. Please send an e-mail with all your details to: hola@creacongresos.com.
I need an invoice before I can pay, what should I do?
Please, complete the registration form with your invoicing details and you will received it in attache file in your email confirmation.
