Project goals
Integrating physical activity and physical exercise as a therapeutic tool for the prevention and treatment of a specific pathology and/or dysfunction associated with a pathological process.
Identifying and analysing the deficiencies and characteristics of a group that can be treated through exercise and physical activity.
Recognising physical activity and exercise as a resource to be taken into account and applied within the different areas of physiotherapy and be able to design a therapeutic activity and/or exercise action plan for a specific person or group.
Integrating the person as an active and main part of their treatment and recovery.
Learning about other ways of approaching the person with pathology based on intercultural experiences.
Activities
- Contact with the international students of UniEvangelical University.
- Meeting with international students. Sharing work. Find points of similarities and differences between the two countries in the approach to patients with different pathologies, based on physical exercise.
- Last meeting with the international students, to share the previously worked content and finalise the document proposal.
