Goals
-Developing language skills and strategies to talk about nutrition topics.-
-Improving how to communicate effectively in English in different intercultural and academic contents.-
-Comparing the role of the dietitian-nutritionist its responsibilities and job duties in different international perspectives.-
-Knowing the requirements needed for being fully-accredited professionals in different international contexts-
-Getting acquainted with new food cultures. Different eating habits and recipes or advancements in food technology.-
Activities
-Participation in an activity to create working teams of the students from UVic, VIVES Univesity of Applied Sciences and Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences
-Participation in two different virtual exchanges with tasks
-Preparation of tasks to carry out the exchange successfully
-Evalutation (report, video)
