-Students will develop language skills and strategies to talk about nursing and health topics.
-Students will improve how to communicate effectively in English in different intercultural and academic contexts.
-Students will compare nurses’ responsibilities, role, and job duties in different international contexts.
-Students will get evidence-based/scientific knowledge on diverse public health topics and on different diseases.
Activities
Students from University de Vic, ESSNorteCVP and HAN University will be teamed up in groups of 3 students.
-Introduction of the project and group assignment
-Icebreaking activities in order to know the other members of the team
-Preparing an individual presentation of a disease or public health realted topic
-Sharing with new students the presentations worked in small groups
-Writing a reflective journal during the project
