Osona Sports Talent (TEO). 3rd Edition.
Aim of the TEO programme
Talent Esportiu Osona is a knowledge transfer project that aims to strengthen the activity of sports clubs and organisations in the region. It aims to improve the physical condition of its sportsmen and women and prevent injuries through differential learning, using tools and resources that young people do not have at their disposal in their clubs, thus helping them to achieve their goals.
Benefits for TEO athletes
– Attend two weekly sessions (45 minutes each) of conditional training and differential learning aimed at injury prevention at the CEEAF facilities, led by qualified professionals in the field of sports training and supervised by the project management, from mid-September to mid-June (school year).
– Receive sports nutrition advice from a professional sports nutritionist and dietician in the form of workshops throughout the course.
– Attendance, on behalf of the sports technicians of the club/entity, at the training sessions in the form of conferences organised by CEEAF within the framework of the TEO project.
– Communication of the contents of the sessions held at the CEEAF to the technicians that the clubs and entities determine as a reference person.
