On February 12th the workshop of experts took place in which, based on the work of bibliographic review of Laia Motos, we did an exercise of development of dimensions and potential attributes of the extensive beef in the Pyrenees, one of our case studies.
Laia’s work is part of the project on viability that we had initially ruled out due to lack of budget but with her help, we have been able to recover.
Our goal is to develop indicators that allow us to assess the work of people who raise livestock in mountain territories, including not only what is seen in the productive field, but also other care work that is not seen and that is relegated to the reproductive environment. After this first workshop, we will do a workshop with women farmers on March 5. We will keep you informed…
