Work Package 2: Planification
Objectives:
- Raising the awareness and planning the formative training
- Organizing the focus group working
Work Package 3: Implementation
Objectives:
- To implement the raising awareness and formative activity in one voluntary SME in each country (n=2) and evaluate their impact on the specified learning outcomes identified in WP2.
- To implement the steps and processes identified in WP2 to scale-up the PA initiatives of the Toolkit in SMEs in one voluntary SME in each country (n=2) and evaluate their impact at different levels and on different outcomes.
Work Package 4: Follow-up
Objectives:
- To identify what percentage of representative SMEs in each country would be ready to uptake the awareness and formative training activities and follow up the steps and processes identified to successfully implement the PA initiatives in SMEs.
- To replicate the awareness and formative training activities, steps and processes in one SMEs-earlier-adopter in each country (n=2) to assess intervention integrity, quality and consistency of delivery in the real-world.
Work Package 5: Maintenance
Objectives:
- To evaluate the mid-term changes at both individual and organizational level of the SMEs that participated in the Implementation phase.
