Active4SME is a project funded by the European Union. In 2023, the World Health Organization published a Guide to help micro, small and medium-sized enterprises implement physical activity programs as a tool to improve health, well-being, productivity and business competitiveness; Promotion of health-enhancing physical activity in smallto-medium-sized enterprises.

Active4SME wants to give a voice to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to study the feasibility of integrating physical activity into their business activity. Its objective is to identify real solutions for the implementation of physical activity adapted to their context, resources and business needs. It is a project that is being implemented in Catalonia and Finland. It will later be validated in different countries of the European Union.
