Montse Masoliver Prieto

is the Biosciences Lab manager in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of Vic – Central University Catalonia.
Montse Masoliver started her professional career in food and dietary industries, where she has a huge professional experiences. By joining UVic-UCC she reoriented his career to studying the affect of nutrition on the wound healing process. The Master project that she is currently developing focuses on the study of the effect of hypercholesterolemia on the migration capacity of dermal fibroblasts.
Montse Masoliver was associated professor in the Department of food industries at University of Vic (2006-2010). She was has hold several management positions on the food and dietary industry (head of department and laboratories of quality and I&D) (1989-2009). She is postgraduate in clinical nutrition and advance technology of food by Universitat de Barcelona (2009), postgraduate in nutrition and diet therapy by Universitat de Navarra (1999), and degree in biological sciences by Universitat de Barcelona (1989).
