Scientific Profile: URECERCA
Associate Professor at the Biosciences Department at the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC). In addition, she is the academic coordinator of the internships and thesis degree program for the areas of Biosciences and Engineering at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology that focuses on driving the incorporation of students to the professional world.
She teaches at the undergrad level in several degrees: Biotechnology, Biology, and Human Nutrition and Dietetics degree. Her teaching expertise subjects are Physiology, Histology, Microbiology and Bromatology.
Higher Education Teaching and Innovative Teaching are both among her research interests. She recently becomes TR2Lab’s member where she leads the Academic Support and Orientation unit that gives to our students’ opportunities to be exposed to scientific experiences.
Anna Dalmau has courses of the Ph.D. program in Nutrition, Technology and Food Hygiene (1993), Master in Food Biotechnology (1991), degree in Biology (1987), and the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (1987).
