Helena Sureda, TR2Lab member, attended the ceremony of delivery of grants of the “Pla Estratègic de Recerca i Innovació en Salut (PERIS) 2019-2021”.

A total of 207 projects have been presented, only 66 have been selected to receive funding. Sureda, a nurse at the University Hospital of the Santa Creu de Vic, has received a grant in this third edition of the PERIS of the Catalan Government.

The grant obtained for Helena Sureda has the purpose of developing the project: ”Study of the relationship between Braden scale and the Frailty Index with the incidence of the dependence-related skin lesions in patients treated in an intermediate care hospital”.
