Marta Parera is a doctor of Medicine and Surgery, specialized in medical oncology. Trained at the Vall d’Hebron Hospital, current head of the onco-hematology service at the Vic Hospital Consortium, with years of experience in the world of medical oncology and management. Since 2019 also in the world of university teaching at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia (UVIC-UCC). Currently as a “doctor professor”. She is also a director of final degree projects in medicine career and co-director of an industrial doctoral thesis in oncology. She has mainly done research by publishing studies on oncological topics, especially focused on lung, head and neck and gynecological cancer. She is interested in research at any level or any topic related to the oncological subject.
