Internship student in the research line Mechanisms of tissue repair and regeneration

Inés González is in her fourth year of Biotechnology degree at the University of Vic- Central University of Catalonia. She is very interested in cell cultures and biotechnology approaches in the world of biomedicine.

Currently, she is developing her thesis degree project collaborating on a funded project of the TR2Lab, led by Ph.D. Marta Otero, about the study of the effect of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the cell functionality for better understanding the mechanisms of action of this autologous therapy on the treatment for chronic wounds.
