“Interdisciplinary Research Mentoring Empowers Students and Improves their Interdisciplinary and Research Skills” (1) is the title of the oral communication Ester Goutan presented at the COHEHRE Conference 2019. The conference took place from the 3rd to the 5th of April in Vic (Catalonia). During the communication, Dr. Goutan presented the importance of interdisciplinary mentoring during the Degree Thesis (DT). Results came from questionnaires answered by the TR2Lab DT students in relation to the acquisition of the professional, interdisciplinary and research skills. Results showed improvement in all these skills. Moreover, students were very satisfied with mentors and the research group meetings atmosphere. Both contributing to their empowerment.
Congratulations Ester for such excellent achievement!
