Project information.

AGAUR (Agència de Gestió d’Ajuts Universitaris i de Recerca) award an industrial doctorate grant to TR2Lab and Zoetis Manufacturing & Research (Olot) for developing the doctoral project of the doctoral student Susanna Martorell focused on the development of a vaccine against canine leishmaniasis. Project Original Title: “Development of a vaccine against canine leishmaniasis”.

The essential element of the industrial doctorate process is the research project carried out at Zoetis Manufacturing & Research (Olot), where the doctoral student Susanna Martorell will further develop her research training in collaboration with the TR2Lab research group developing her doctoral thesis project.

The industrial doctorates act as a bridge for knowledge transfer and encourage closer ties between the Catalan industry, Universities, and research centers. Therefore, this award will be a great opportunity to carry out a research alliance between the TR2Lab research group and the Zoetis Manufacturing & Research (Olot).
